I combine very strong financial competency, particularly cash flow and working capital management , with actual experience in making decisions across most business functions usually when the business, the board or management is facing some form of crisis - management , operational or financial.

I work with a company's management and directors to convert strategy into forecasts, implement operational and cultural change and track operational performance to ensure sustainable operational performance and mitigate risk.

i have advised and assisted a wide range of companies, government stakeholders and financiers to implement creative solutions at critical times and manage the various stakeholders involved.

Worked in Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Indonesia and recently in ChIne and Hong Kong (until December 2022).
