QLD $5000 Grant for Innovative People Operations Solutions

Queensland small businesses can access a $5,000 HR Support Grant through the Workforce Connect Fund. This initiative, facilitated by Industry Workforce Advisors, aims to help businesses address workforce challenges and enhance their HR/People capabilities.
 
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Based in Queensland
  • Fewer than 20 employees
  • Registered ABN and GST
  • Derive more than 50% of income from business activities
Applicable Industries:
The grant is available across various sectors, including:
  • Agriculture and Horticulture
  • Automotive
  • Business and ICT
  • Community Services
  • Electrotechnology and Utilities
  • Health and First Nations Health
  • Manufacturing and Engineering
  • Retail and Personal Services
  • Tourism, Hospitality, and Events
  • Transport and Logistics
What the Grant Can Fund:
  • engaging with HR specialists to receive advice and coaching to improve workforce issues
  • specialised recruitment strategies or practices to attract and retain underutilised or specific cohorts
  • new workforce systems or tools that promote human resource support and resources accessible to employees and change the current workforce operations of a business
  • other new and innovative approaches that support workforce attraction, retention or participation.
