I am a business consultant in general business, human resources, sales and marketing, with over 30 years plus experience and professional & academic qualifications in all disciplines. I am also a executive career and well-being coach. I founded In2Focus Business Consultancy in 2022. I have worked with many different types of businesses, from sole traders to multi-nationals in many different industries. My industry sectors of specialization are healthcare, retail, construction and manufacturing. I am currently doing a doctoral degree (DBA -the applied PhD) in entrepreneurship, leadership, performance and work psychology, and I also work with many different universities globally. I have held many different leadership positions (regional, national and globally) during the 1990s and 2000s. I recently moved from Western Australia to the Sunny Coast.
