About Us
Imperium Corporate Services helps Sunshine Coast business owners look after their people and their numbers. Founded in 2017 by Christine Genocchio, our Birtinya-based team brings HR, bookkeeping and business support together.
Our HR services include employment contracts, position descriptions, award interpretation, workplace policies, HR audits, recruitment support, performance management, onboarding and offboarding. We give owners practical advice and straight answers so they can manage their teams with confidence.
On the numbers side, we provide bookkeeping, BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement, payroll, superannuation, Xero setup and training, and ongoing support. Our Business Blueprint and consulting services help owners put the right people, processes and systems in place from the word go. We also offer social media content support for our bookkeeping clients.
