HR Dynamics was established in 2008 after identifying a need for organisations to access local HR solutions and employs 13 consultants.
HR Dynamics offer a full range of HR services including leadership mentoring and training, establishing HR frameworks, recruitment, staff performance reviews, staff counselling sessions, formal mediation, drafting and consultation of Enterprise Agreements, contract drafting and wage advice, and Fair Work and IR compliance advice.
