What's Missing Workshop

When your car is running rough, you take it to a mechanic, who starts with questions on what you think is wrong? Your car is still working, gets you to where you want to go, even though you know it’s not running at peak performance, that’s why you get a mechanic to look at it. In the old days your mechanic in a grease covered workshop surrounded by parts and oils cans would spend time testing, take it for a drive, put it up on the hoist and check the basics first. To be sure, the mechanic would then conduct a list of checks, usually from a clipboard list (which they usually memorised). When they found the problem, he would then use his skills to fix it, and then test drive it again.

These days, the service centre does the same with an electronic gadget or computer which identifies the problem and reports on how to fix it. The same process using a different concept while achieving the same outcome. The important part is using the right process to identify the problem and then fix it, one problem ata time
