The pressures of business can seem too much at times and especially in periods of uncertainty as we are currently facing (and have done for some years!). This breakfast event is designed to provide real life and instantly applicable techniques to feel better in business and put you back on track to achieving your career and business goals with a positive mental health approach.

Big wave surfer, author, keynote speaker, mindset coach and founder of The Ocean Warrior, Mark Visser will present a life changing keynote on how to overcome fear, stress and stay connected as a team even in periods of extreme pressure. Mark will also take audience questions with the aim of ensuring each breakfast guest is ready for the real-world pressures that might be challenging them. This event is also set to launch the Feeling Better in Business training programs presented by the Thompson Institute over the next 12-months.

Mark made history by surfing one of the world's biggest waves at Jaws Maui, in total darkness. A true world first achievement, known globally as Night Rider. Mark's feats are not only about surfing, but adventure, exploration and staying connected as a team under extreme pressure. For the past 13 years Mark has been a mindset coach to some of the world's most successful individuals and organisations. Working as a personal coach for world champions Kelly Slater and Steph Gilmore, Australian SAS, US Navy Seals, Olympic athletes, sporting teams and business professionals. For 3 years, Mark was a mindset coach for the Melbourne FC working with head coach Simon Goodwin. The club won its first AFL premiership in 56 years and Simon was awarded 'Coach of the year'.
