Everything is more exciting on a rooftop, even more so when you are among other local businesses and community experts in a unique location that may not be accessible for much longer to the public!

Therefore, we eagerly invite you to our November After Hours networking event, held on the rooftop of Foundation Place in Maroochydore City Centre to enjoy panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast skyline!

In 2015, SunCentral Maroochydore was established by the Sunshine Coast Council to oversee the design and delivery of the new city centre. Foundation Place is the first office building within the Sunshine Coast’s new Central Business District in Maroochydore.

On Thursday, 19th of November, we will hear from SunCentral Maroochydore’s CEO, John Knaggs, who will share his knowledge about the future plans for our city centre.

Frances Cayley, Project Director of the Sunshine Coast City Hall and Workplaces, will provide detailed insight into the vision, planning and formation of the much-anticipated Sunshine Coast City Hall.

Dirk Long, Co-Owner of Evans Long, the experienced Sunshine Coast developer who has taken the lead in developing Foundation Place, will provide an update on the development and share future plans on the horizon.

This will be a fantastic celebration of the new Maroochydore City Centre with the opportunity to hear from the experts who are amongst the planning and progress, every single day.

Guests will enjoy a beverage on arrival and canapes throughout the night while they take part in this unique event that will showcase and celebrate the city coming to life at the grassroots level.

This is also special opportunity for you to enjoy our gorgeous city from above.
