DESCRIPTION:Grab your caffeine hit with a little bit of networking on Thursday 9th December with the Maroochydore Chamber of Commerce. \n\n\n\nOur December Coffee & Connect event is sponsored by Evans Long\, a local property development company.\n\n\n\nFollowing the successful delivery and leasing of Foundation Place\, Evans Long has commenced construction on A1 - it's second A grade office building located right on the doorstep of the Maroochydore City Centre to be completes in August 2022. Designed by Internationally renowned architectural firm Cottee Parker\, A1 features a striking glass facade\, 754sqm floor plates and 5-Star NABERS Energy Rating commitment\, ground floor retail space\, one level of podium car parking\, three levels of professional\, contemporary and sustainable office accommodation\, end of trip facilities and a rooftop terrace overlooking the new CBD's Recreational Space and within 100 metres of the new City Hall.\n\n \n\nGuests can enjoy a coffee while networking among fellow Maroochydore Chamber members and other business-minded people on the Coast at The Station in the heart of Maroochydore.
