Tactical Communication - with Bruce Williams
Tactical Communication
Available as 45, 60 or 90min Keynote, or 90min, 3hr or full day workshop.
Great leaders and their teams know how to communicate with anyone in any context. New technologies are making the means of communication faster, simpler and easier. Despite this, the meaning of communication seems more difficult to maintain. Immediate and constant connection, increased visibility and transparency, digital culture and social media distractions all make authentic communication a pressing challenge. The more high-tech we become, the more high-touch we need to be. Genuine communication requires real person to person connections. Whether we’re explaining, directing, persuading, influencing, managing conflict or pitching an idea, it’s never been more important for leaders and their teams to develop a tactical communication skillset.
In this interactive presentation you will discover:
- The 4 simple ingredients of tactical communication
- Why they matter
- How to recognise them
- How to apply them
You will walk away with practical communication tips about how to:
- Engage with different personality types
- Value and appreciate diversity
- Reduce stress and conflict
- Boost self-confidence
- Make faster, better decisions
- Take timely, productive actions
